Overview

An international financial services organization is looking for a Business Analyst to support the optimization, digitalization, and continuous improvement of its operational processes and management systems.

Working within a dynamic Service Delivery environment, this role will contribute to strategic transformation initiatives by enhancing operational efficiency, supporting digital projects, and improving service quality across multiple business functions.

This position offers exposure to cross-functional stakeholders in an international and fast-evolving environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Analyze business needs and operational challenges across finance, operations, and commercial teams
  • Act as a central point of contact for IT and digitalization projects
  • Coordinate developments, testing activities, and change management initiatives
  • Identify and implement automation and process optimization opportunities
  • Maintain and improve operational management tools, workflows, and financial processes
  • Model and optimize business processes to enhance efficiency and productivity
  • Draft clear functional and technical specifications
  • Design and execute test plans to validate delivered solutions
  • Produce business and operational analyses using reporting and data analysis tools
  • Support recurring operational activities and administrative workflows when required

Required Profile

  • University degree in Information Systems, Business Administration, Finance, Economics, or related field
  • Previous experience as a Business Analyst is considered a strong advantage
  • Experience within insurance, financial services, or regulated environments is a plus
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving mindset
  • Ability to challenge business requirements constructively and propose practical solutions
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
  • Adaptability and ability to manage changing priorities in project environments

  • Exposure to Agile delivery methodologies
  • Knowledge of financial operations or life insurance processes is considered an advantage
