Le groupe

Le groupe 1COM réunit plusieurs établissements phares de la vie nocturne, du loisir, du sport et de la restauration au Luxembourg (Playa, YOYO, Strike, Fitness Zone…). Pour développer notre activité événementielle, nous recherchons notre futur(e) Commercial Événementiel Junior.

Le poste

Vous êtes le moteur commercial de nos events. Votre mission : développer les ventes d'événements du groupe (privatisations, séminaires, team building, soirées privées et corporate) et remplir nos venues. Poste ouvert aux profils juniors : nous cherchons avant tout de la motivation et une vraie fibre commerciale.

Vos missions

  • Prospecter et développer un portefeuille de clients entreprises et particuliers.
  • Vendre nos prestations événementielles et conclure les ventes.
  • Suivre votre pipeline commercial, de la prospection au closing.
  • Coordonner la réalisation des events avec les équipes de chaque établissement.
  • Collaborer avec le marketing pour promouvoir l'offre événementielle.

Profil recherché

  • Débutant(e) motivé(e) ou première expérience en vente / relation client.
  • Vrai goût du contact, du challenge et des objectifs.
  • Formation en commerce, vente ou hôtellerie appréciée.
  • Une sensibilité restauration / HoReCa est un plus.
  • Français courant ; anglais apprécié (allemand / luxembourgeois = atouts).
  • Permis B.

Junior Events Sales Representative (M/F)

The group

The 1COM Group brings together several leading nightlife, leisure, sports and hospitality venues in Luxembourg (Playa, YOYO, Strike, Fitness Zone…). To grow our events business, we are looking for our future Junior Events Sales Representative.

The role

You are the commercial driving force behind our events. Your mission: grow the group's event sales (private hires, seminars, team building, private and corporate parties) and fill our venues. This position is open to junior profiles — we are looking above all for motivation and a genuine sales instinct.

Your responsibilities

  • Prospect and build a portfolio of corporate and private clients.
  • Sell our event services and close deals.
  • Manage your sales pipeline, from prospecting to closing.
  • Coordinate event delivery with the teams at each venue.
  • Work with marketing to promote the events offering.

Your profile

  • Motivated entry-level candidate or first experience in sales / client relations.
  • Real taste for contact, challenge and targets.
  • A background in business, sales or hospitality is appreciated.
  • An affinity for the restaurant / HoReCa sector is a plus.
  • Fluent French; English appreciated (German / Luxembourgish are assets).
  • Driving licence (category B).
