Description du poste
We are seeking a motivated and customer-focused IT Support Engineer to provide technical support and maintain the organization's IT infrastructure. The successful candidate will troubleshoot hardware, software, and network issues, support end users, and help ensure reliable and secure IT operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide first and second-level technical support for desktops, laptops, printers, and mobile devices.
- Install, configure, and maintain Windows operating systems, business applications, and peripheral devices.
- Diagnose and resolve hardware, software, and network connectivity issues.
- Create, manage, and maintain user accounts, passwords, and permissions using Active Directory and Microsoft 365.
- Respond to and resolve IT service desk tickets within established service level agreements (SLAs).
- Install software updates, security patches, and system upgrades.
- Configure and troubleshoot basic LAN, Wi-Fi, VPN, DNS, DHCP, and TCP/IP issues.
- Maintain IT asset inventory and ensure accurate documentation of hardware and software.
- Escalate complex technical issues to senior engineers or vendors when necessary.
- Document technical procedures, solutions, and support activities.
- Support IT projects, system deployments, and office relocations as required.
- Follow IT security policies and assist with endpoint protection and data security initiatives.
Pay: €160.00 - €200.00 per day
