We are looking for a Network & Collaboration Engineer (m/f/x) to join our Luxembourg team. In this role, you will work closely with our customers and internal teams to deliver, support and continuously improve their technology environments.

A key focus will be supporting one of our strategic customers, where you will develop a strong understanding of their technology landscape and become a trusted technical partner.

You will receive dedicated training on the technologies used within the customer environment, with a particular focus on networking and the relevant collaboration and communication technologies. You will have the opportunity to broaden your technical expertise across networking, collaboration, communications and managed services, while working closely with experienced engineers and customer teams.

• Provide support, configure and troubleshoot LAN, WAN, Wi-Fi and network security environments including routing, switching and firewall technologies and collaboration technologies
• Analyse and troubleshoot technical issues, identify root causes and implement appropriate solutions
• Support the deployment, configuration and maintenance of customer environments
• Develop a strong understanding of the customer's existing technology environment and technical requirements
• Work closely with customers to understand issues, explain solutions and provide a high level of technical service
• Collaborate with internal engineering, project and service teams to deliver customer solutions
• Participate in technical projects, upgrades and technology migrations
• Document configurations, incidents, solutions and technical changes
• Stay up to date with relevant technologies and continuously develop your technical skills
• Contribute to the successful delivery and retention of customer engagements through strong technical performance and customer relationships

• Experience in a technical engineering or IT infrastructure role, ideally within networking, unified communications or collaboration technologies
• Good understanding of data networking fundamentals, with practical troubleshooting experience
• Ability to analyse technical problems, identify root causes and recommend appropriate solutions
• Customer-focused approach and confidence communicating with both technical and non-technical stakeholders
• Ability to work independently while also collaborating effectively with colleagues and customers
• A relevant technical qualification or equivalent professional experience
• Industry certifications such as Cisco CCNA, Microsoft MS-900, CompTIA Network+ or equivalent would be an advantage
• Willingness to learn and develop expertise in the technologies used within our key customer environments
• Fluent French is required; English and/or German would be an advantage
