About the role
Our Personal Assistants are taking care of multiple tasks in different fields, office management, human resources, billing, IT, finance.
  • Day to day support of Partners and Lawyers
  • General office administration and some receptionist duties
  • File opening, preparation of engagement letters, assisting with KYC Compliance, coordinate with clients, maintaining client records
  • Preparation, review and formatting of documents in English and French
  • Producing Excel spreadsheets, PowerPoint Presentations, Diagrams
  • Processing expenses, credit card, supplier invoices
  • Taking care of the billing, editing narratives, raising invoices, chasing on outstanding
  • Ordering stationery, general office supplies
  • Telephone answering, arranging meetings and conference calls
