Expérience bancaire enrichissante

Durant ma carrière dans cette société, j'ai eu l'avantage de côtoyer des personnes très ouvertes et pointues. Les journées de travail peuvent se gérer de façon autonome. Le management reste toutefois basé de plus en plus sur la sur-performance ce qui tend à réduire l'aspect humain car la charge de travail est de plus en plus conséquente mais constructive. Cette pression économique nous facilite le dépassement de soi. L'esprit d'équipe est à noter entre agents.

Environnement du travail agréable

Travaillant comme secrétaire pour l'un des directeurs, il y avait des tâches quotidiennes à accomplir comme la gestion, certaines vérifications de données, les RDV externes et internes avec des clients, et assurer l'accueil des clients et l'ordre dans les salles de réunions. Il faut être organisé et s'adapter en toute situation rapidement car beaucoup d'imprévues survenaient, ce qui rendaient les journées intéressantes.

Small and dynamic firm, good opportunities for rapid growth in responsabilities

My last work experience was this summer; I worked as a Sales’ Assistant for a life-insurance company for Ultra Net Worth Individuals. The daily work was to ensure that the patrimonial contracts where correctly filled-up regarding the client’s initial and final choices of products. Following this work I took the opportunity to create a file that would compile all the number of initial offers made to client, comparing them with then final ones. Doing so enabled the company to have statistical data of which contracts where more subscribed regarding the client patrimony, localization and individual differences. Furthermore it can also be used as an indicator to see which contracts actually turned into a deal and allows the salespersons to track which contracts are still pending or haven’t been sealed yet. The last part of this job was to communicate with potential clients and other business feeders on the product range available to them in adequacy with their place of physical residence, their global wealth and family profile. Once a rapid scan of their profile was done, the actual commercial relationship was passed on to the salespersons. This experience was useful in terms of client exposition; everyday I was in contact with private clients and business referrals. I felt I was part of a team, and that my tasks where meaningful for the salespersons, creating a real impact in the team. Furthermore, this opportunity enhanced my knowledge of the life-insurance products and its industry.
