Super société dans laquelle il est possible d'apprendre beaucoup de choses en peu de temps. Je recommande vivement !

Très mauvais management, complètement décorélé des attentes des salariés. Les évaluations annuelles ne sont pas prise en compte. Les avancements et augmentations salariales se font en fonction des affinités avec les managers.

Not a place where you will learn

Good salary and advantages (company car, fuel card, phone...) but apart from this nothing really interesting. If you expect a good atmosphere with caring people you are at the wrong place. Same if you expect to have great projects where you will learn...sadly

Très bonne entreprise

Très bonne ambiance, en tout cas dans mon département, des locaux magnifiques aménagés pour les employés, des fruits gratuits tous les jours, des fontaines partout, des afterworks et des propositions de CDI dès la seconde semaine (marché du Luxembourg très ouvert) Je ne peux que recommander travailler chez Pwc Luxembourg

Bon environnement mais peu d'équilibre vie privee

Très bonne entreprise pour démarrer une carrière, on y apprend beaucoup de choses. Vous ressortirez plus forts mentalement. Mais la hiérarchie est très marquée, il est difficile d'entreprendre dans ce type de société. Que vous soyez auditeur ou consultant, le job reste à peu près le même. Longues journées et heures supplémentaires non négligeables, pas toujours payées. Il faut se montrer "committed" pour pouvoir gravir les échelons. N'espérez donc pas faire des journées de 8h a un rythme tranquille, vous serez mal vus par vos supérieurs. Il est aussi demandé de s'investir en dehors du travail (formations du soir quasi obligatoires, développer son reseau...)

Busy, high work flow, co workers are nice.

It’s not the most up to date company when it comes to taking on new ideas and things can take a lot longer to get going than you’d like but overall it’s like any other big four.

Stagiaire Corporate Finance

J'ai intégré le cabinet en tant que stagiaire en Corporate Finance. Les équipes étaient sympathiques et disponibles et les missions intéressantes. Cependant tout n'a pas été optimal dans le suivi individuel et dans les moyens mis à ma disposition pour progresser

Fun entry-level for ambitious high potential

Challenging, lots of training, good culture, young people, sometimes poor management, service industry so the client is always right. Two things determine the job: client projects and teams.
