Très mauvais management, complètement décorélé des attentes des salariés. Les évaluations annuelles ne sont pas prise en compte. Les avancements et augmentations salariales se font en fonction des affinités avec les managers.

If you have the will to succeed, stamina and backbone, then maybe it’s the place for you. However, if you’re one that has conscience, respects values above everything else and questions authority then think twice!
