Bad management, no career development
Managers do not care about their people/team. Big fluctuation, no interest to keep good people, they better hire new unexperienced cheaper. Bad working atmosphere, unmotivated people.

The top managers (or most of them) care just for their benefits and to have black numbers on the P/L. They do not really care about people. Most of the managers are too "important" and greedy that they cannot see that their best people leave. And the fluctuation is really high.
