Company has lot of money thanks to it's business. So it spends a lot on salary, bonus, free fruits and coffee etc. But the people are crazy, very egoistic and the management is really bad.

It is an incredible work place. I loved every second I spent there. Amazing people, great company culture, amazing benefits package. I learned a lot! It was great!

Docler Holding is a great place to come to for a very good salary and an opportunity to improve your skills working in a large corporation, with very big projects, which demand high performance.

It could be better.
Job location is good in nice area. Big parking in Auchan across the street. Problem with parking in the company.

People who are working there are good

Overall it is a good place in a nice district with a lot of good guys but know what you will work with code which has no conventions, documentation and coding rules, Hungarian comments instead of English. The bad part is what everyone knows about this, but to update or write new features in normal way almost impossible since management and architects slows done the process. In total not bad company, hope it will improve the workflow.

Bad management, slow decisions, legacy code everywhere, your opinion doesn't count, no parking

Everything was perfect. The job was challenging and highly motivating. From management to co-workers everybody was always very helpful. It has been an amazing experience to work in such a young and multicultural environment.

The office's atmosphere was nice and employee friendly however the company lacked the professionalism in regards of employee satisfaction, people management. A whole company culture change is needed to make the company a place where it is worth working in.

Aim of the position: Supporting Webmasters who our partners in order to strengthen the service.


Main tasks and competences:


-Providing first line customer support for issues being reported from direct customers

-Effective support for the Webmasters (E-mail, Chat Support)

-Following the Webmasters related information and data, changes,prevent any internal problems

-Handling the Webmasters's fraudulent cases and bug reports.

Journée de travail typique:

*gérer les plaintes des clients et des voyants par email et par chat (Skype et CSC)

*gérer les activités menées sur le Site: commentaires laissés par les membres au voyants, ce qui a été posté sur le site communautaire, horoscopes)

*gérer des projets marketing comme le lancement de promotions ou de jeux organisés par les administrateurs.

*gestion de projet personnel comme la réalisation d'une étude statistique sur l'octrois de crédits gratuits, une recherche documentaire sur le marché de la voyance pour établir une liste pour le département Marketing.


Aspect le plus difficile:


Les horraires de travail difficiles à savoir une session de 4 nuits avec un jour de congé, puis entamer une session de 4 après midi avec un jour de congé et enfin 4 matins avec deux jours de congé et ainsi de suite.

Le challenge, un travail qui bouge avec toujours un nouveau problème à résoudre.
