A typical day at work: Euro Conversion Day in 2001, wonderful experience of playing with World Exchange rates and Countries knowledge ON THAT DAY. What you learned: Management, at larger scale dealing with management and the Audit firms as well as CSSF Legal departments of Luxembourg. The hardest part of the job is "Implementation Process", once you create a solution/IT resolution for the company after long discussions and negotiations (it must be right). The most enjoyable part for me is Consultations with management and then Development of the solution.
Pros
After hours there is always free lunches by the bank.
Cons
Long hours, some times but nicely paid in Luxembourg

En 1999 l'ambiance était très bonne et multiculturel. Nous étions pas plus que 100 employés. Le management était très professionnel dans l'optique de la bonne communication et relation avec l'employee.
Pros
Petite banque
